How to Send a Proposal
How to Send a Proposal
A Proposal is a document you send for signature by at least one other Party. Examples include an acknowledgment, a contract, a trust, or a declaration. After completing, the Proposal is included in the Case chat and is part of the record. It remains in negotiation until all required Parties have signed, then moves to in effect.
